The Real Estate Investment Fund FII BTG Pactual Logística, originally called “TRX Realty Logística Renda Fundo de Investimento Imobiliário”, was structured and managed by the TRX Realty Manager from 2010 to 2019.
As of October 2019, the Fund’s management and administration were transferred to BTG Pactual Gestora de Recursos and BTG Pactual Serviços Financeiros DTVM, respectively.
Since then, the Fund has been undergoing a transformation that combines growth with quality and portfolio recycling. In practical terms, the fund has been consolidating its portfolio in A+ assets that have tenants from a wide range of sectors.
One of the fund’s most relevant investments is also an icon for the country’s logistics development, the acquisition of the former Ford factory in São Bernardo do Campo, a 1 million square meter plot of land that is giving rise to one of the largest logistics parks in Latin America, 10 km from São Paulo. A project that, when completed, should generate more than 4,500 jobs.
BTG Pactual Logística is currently one of the largest and most relevant logistics funds on the market. It has been one of the most traded FIIs on the stock exchange and has seen its number of investors grow 6x in 1.5 years, reaching the 100,000 investor mark in April 2021. Its shares are traded on the B3 organized market under the ticker BTLG11.
BTLG11 stands out for the active management of its portfolio, with the primary objective of obtaining income and capital gains through the exploration of real estate projects focused on operations in the logistics segment.
